What this site is

An informational site about THRAVE products. You cannot buy anything here. Our buy buttons take you to Amazon, and any purchase you make there is governed by Amazon's terms and policies — including payment, delivery, tracking, returns and refunds. Those are matters between you and Amazon.

Product information

We work to keep what is written here accurate, but the label on the pouch you receive is the authoritative one. If this site and the packaging disagree, believe the packaging. Ingredients, nutrition figures and pack sizes can change, and listings on Amazon are updated independently of this site.

Food, not medicine

THRAVE products are food. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here is medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition, an allergy, or a dietary restriction, check with your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing what you eat.

Recipes

Our recipes are offered as guidance and are not tested for every kitchen, oven or dietary need. You are responsible for safe food handling and for checking every ingredient against your own allergies and restrictions.

The text, photographs, recipes, the THRAVE name and the THRAVE logo on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share them for your own personal use. Republishing them, or using them commercially, needs our written permission first.
